Return Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Cancellation Policy (“Return Policy”) along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other policies adopted by Arvind Onesource , a division of Arvind Envisol Limited (“Arvind Onesource”, “we”, “us”, “our”) from time to time. Please read these documents carefully before making any purchase or availing any services on the Platform.

This Return Policy forms part of, and shall be read with, the Terms of Use and other agreements on the Platform. Capitalised terms not defined here shall have the meaning assigned in the Terms of Use.

This Return Policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures. It becomes binding on the buyer upon purchase of any products and/or related services listed on the Platform.

1. Returns

1.1 Pre-delivery check

Before accepting delivery, the buyer must check that the outer packaging is not damaged or tampered. If it appears damaged or tampered, the buyer may open the package in the presence of the delivery personnel and choose to accept or reject the delivery.

1.2 Cancellation for convenience

Arvind Onesource may, at its discretion, allow the buyer to cancel an order (in full only) within four (4) hours of placing the order. Once a valid cancellation is accepted, Arvind Onesource will initiate a refund within seven (7) working days, subject to this Return Policy and applicable bank timelines.

1.3 For-cause returns

Subject to this Return Policy, the buyer may raise a return request for eligible products within two (2) days from delivery only for the following reasons (“For-Cause Returns”):

a. Product does not match description on the Product/Order page (including wrong specification, size, form, or colour);
b. Major defects making the Product unusable in normal course (e.g. significant corrosion, rusting, pitting);
c. Major damage during shipping or transit.

1.4 Returns for other reasons

Returns for any reason other than For-Cause Returns (for example, no longer needing the Product or change of preference) are not permitted.

1.5 Partial returns and freight

The buyer may return the entire order or part of the order. In case of partial returns or cancellations, freight/shipping charges for the original order may not be refunded, at the option of the seller and/or Arvind Onesource.

1.6 Disqualified products

Products will not be eligible for return, replacement or refund in the following cases (“Disqualified Products”):

a. Return request raised outside the prescribed timelines;
b. Product damaged due to use/misuse, improper handling, or not in the same condition as received, or packaging not in original condition;
c. The buyer acknowledges that actual quantity supplied may vary by up to +5% versus order quantity. The invoice at delivery/self-pickup will show exact quantity and price. Any variance will be settled by additional payment or partial refund, as applicable.

1.7 Product-specific terms

Some products may have additional return or warranty terms on their Product page. In case of conflict, such product-specific terms will prevail for that product.

1.8 Conditions for return

To return eligible products, the buyer must:

a) Inform Arvind Onesource (via customer service or Platform, where available) of damaged/defective products within two (2) days of delivery and share proof (photos, video etc.);
b) Return products with original packaging, tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards and invoices, where applicable;
c) Ensure secure packing so products are not further damaged in transit.

All returns are subject to verification and quality checks by the seller and/or Arvind Onesource. Arvind Onesource may, at its discretion, accept or reject any return, refund or replacement request.

2. Refunds and Replacements

Once a valid return/replacement request is raised and shared with the seller, the seller will, where applicable, arrange a logistics partner and/or technician to visit the buyer and attempt to resolve the issue or agree on a resolution plan within three (3) business days.

If no resolution is achieved within this period, Arvind Onesource may decide the resolution (including approving or rejecting cancellation, refund or replacement) at its sole discretion, which will be binding on both the buyer and the seller.

All monetary settlements related to such orders shall be processed only through the Platform as specified by Arvind Onesource. In case of false or frivolous complaints, the buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement, and Arvind Onesource may take appropriate actions, including monetary penalties or account restrictions.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after Arvind Onesource authorises the refund following verification and resolution under this Return Policy. Refunds will be credited to the buyer’s registered bank account or any other mode notified by Arvind Onesource. Actual credit timelines may vary based on banks/payment intermediaries.

If the buyer has availed any discounts, offers or other promotional benefits on a Product that is later cancelled/returned at the buyer’s instance, Arvind Onesource may recover or set off the value of such benefits from any refund due to the buyer.

4. Shipping Costs

If a Product is returned under a valid For-Cause Return, the buyer will not be required to bear shipping costs for such return, subject to this Return Policy and any product-specific terms.

Replacement products, where applicable, will be shipped using standard shipping methods and only after receipt and verification of the returned product.

5. Abuse of Policy

If Arvind Onesource determines that a buyer has abused or misused this Return Policy, it may take one or more of the following actions that is recovery of damages and costs, suspension or termination of account, restriction of platform privileges, or any other action it deems appropriate.
